🌏 On average, a person who menstruates produces 11,000-15,000 single-use items of menstrual waste products in their lifetime. Combined with our donation, that's a lot less waste finding its way to our oceans!

Care Instructions

- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use

- Clean your menstrual flow with soap and water and rinse well

- You can purchase our steam steriliser to sterilise your menstrual cup in a few minutes.

Otherwise, you might like to sterilise in boiling water, but this does involve you using your kitchen pots and pans.

Another option for cold water sterilisation is to soak your intheflow menstrual cup in something like milton sterilising fluid.
