♻️ All necessary packaging has been carefully sourced. Your intheflow Menstrual Cup will be delivered in a kraft box with a reusable canvas bag + eco-packaging to ensure it reaches you at its best. Our cleaning brushes are made from sustainable bamboo.

🌏 On average, a person who menstruates produces 11,000-15,000 single-use items of menstrual waste products in their lifetime. Swapping a menstrual cup, protects our environment by replacing approximately 2,500 disposable products. It's time to make the swap. For you, the planet, and others.

Care Instructions

- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use

- Clean your menstrual flow with soap and water and rinse well

- You can purchase our steam steriliser to sterilise your menstrual cup in a few minutes.

Otherwise, you might like to sterilise in boiling water, but this does involve you using your kitchen pots and pans.

Another option for cold water sterilisation is to soak your intheflow menstrual cup in something like milton sterilising fluid.
